If you’re looking here you’ve probably got a reason. So, let me tell you a little about myself.
I’m innately curious and I’m fascinated by people. Watching them is one of my favorite pastimes. This aspect of of who I am ties particularly well into my work as a User Experience designer because I solve problems for people. I’ve been doing it professionally for more than 15 years, working in a variety of industries, and for a variety of clients. From Fortune 50 companies to small marketing agencies. From B2C to B2B, I have a wide variety of experience. If you ask me what part of UX I focus on and what I have the most experience with, it’s problem solving. Maybe just creating a user journey can solve a problem by letting stakeholders see where their users might be encountering pain points. Or maybe a heuristic review is all that’s necessary. But most likely it’s a combination of many things in the UX toolbox that will ultimately lead to a successful outcome.
Here is my LinkedIn profile, and, because a successful UX practitioner benefits from having a wide variety of experience in understanding the world, here’s a link to some music I’ve written, played, and recorded. I’m also a musician.
